💧 Shroom dispensary wins court battle

Today's featured story is about how a mushroom dispensary in Vancouver, called the Coca Leaf Café, recently won a court case to remain open to the public. The ruling comes after a “high-profile raid of the premises last November, where police seized thousands of dollars in cash and psychedelics worth tens of thousands,” journalist Mattha Busby writes. But in true “trap” dispensary fashion, the unregulated shop reopened the next day. The judge's reasoning as to why she sided with the shop is the juice of this story and why you have to read it below. It’s relevant for anyone who, uhh, might be operating a similar establishment.
